30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your PulsrCase product. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Products must be returned in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
How to Return
Contact Us
Email us at support@pulsrcase.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping label.
Ship It Back
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it using the provided label. Drop it off at your nearest carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive your returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 1-3 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
Want to exchange your product for a different model or color? Contact us at support@pulsrcase.com and we will help you arrange an exchange. The same 30-day window applies.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized and personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. If you receive a defective customized item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
